I thought to create and use the Anxiety and OCD Help section of my website to provide tools, strategies, information, and support to my current and former clients to help them on their anxiety or OCD journey. Then I thought, why not open it up to whomever could use it?

The treatment approach that the Anxiety and OCD Help section is built upon utilizes an integration of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness and Acceptance-Based Approaches (“CBT 2.0”)—and any other strategies that are helpful!
